Brian McFadden has been told to have more confidence on Dancing On Ice.

Judge Ashley Banjo has told McFadden that he needs to take a risk on the ice, as the singer gained 24 points in tonight's Dancing On Ice. "Confidence is key," he said.

Judge Jason Gardiner endorsed that remark, telling McFadden that he had to muster "more of a commanding presence."

Meanwhile, US actress Didi Conn has been eliminated from the hit ITV series after a skate-off against Saara Aalto.

The judges all chose to save Aalto but declared that Conn would be missed. "Dancing On Ice just lost a little bit of its heart tonight," said judge Jason Gardiner.

Gemma Collins tripped and fell forward in the final moments of her dance but the 37-year old Towie star is still in the competition.

Catch Dancing On Ice on Virgin Media One on Sundays at 6pm.
