Bono and The Edge of U2 rocked up to sing seasonal songs outside the Gaiety Theatre in Dublin on Christmas Eve, marking the singer’s first festive busking session in three years and his seventh overall.

Crowds had begun gathering since early afternoon and earlier in the day, Glen Hansard, Imelda May and Danny O’Reilly of The Coronas also serenaded shoppers to help to raise money for the homeless.
