This week's line-up for the Late Late Show has been announced, with host Ryan Tubridy joined in studio by guests including Irish actor Colin Farrell and Morning Ireland presenter Bryan Dobson.
Hollywood star Farrell will be appearing on the couch to talk about his work with DEBRA Ireland, a charity providing support to patients and families living with the debilitating skin condition Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB)
Colin and EB sufferer Emma Fogarty join Ryan Tubridy to discuss what it’s like to live with the condition, and how their friendship has blossomed through their work with the charity.
As 2018 rounds to a close, broadcaster Bryan Dobson will be joining Ryan to take a look back at some of the images that best represent the stand-out news stories of the year.
Ryan will also be getting some last minute Christmas tips from James Kavanagh and William Murray who will be sharing recipes for dishes to serve alongside turkey, a master brewer from the Artisan Brew Academy in Dublin will explain how to brew your own beer, and pig farmer Ivan Belton and butcher Clive Clarke will chat about Christmas ham.
Writer, filmmaker and RTÉ Culture Editor Derek O'Connor lost his wife to cancer in 2016, leaving him and their three children to navigate the world without her. Derek will join Ryan to talk about grief and dealing with the death of his wife in the run up to Christmas.
Also on the show, Brendan Grace will take a look back at his career to date as he nears fifty years in showbiz, and there’ll be music from the Palestrina Choir, and John Gibbons featuring Nina Nesbitt.
