The Coney clan from Tyrone are Ireland's Fittest Family after they won this year's title in a nail-biting final on RTÉ One on Sunday night.
They just pipped The McDonald family, who had been mentored by Davy Fitzgerald as this year's contest went to Tyrone - the first time a family from the Red County has managed to win.
"We are the first family from Tyrone to be in it - and the first family from Tyrone to win it," said a delighted Colette, who is also celebrating thew fact that she's turned 60.
"Winning Ireland's Fittest Family is the best birthday present ever!" she added.
As the Coney's coach Anna Geary - who became the first coach to win for a second time - put it after the final: "This is one of those moments when I say 'Is this real? Is this actually happening?'"
