The lavish nuptials between Ambani and Anand Piramal, the son of another Indian billionaire, kicked off in the Indian state of Rajasthan this week.
On Sunday night, Beyoncé took to the stage for the sangeet, an evening of music and dance that usually precedes the wedding.

The actual wedding ceremony between Ambani and Piramal, which has been dubbed "the big, fat Indian wedding", is due to take place in Mumbai on Wednesday but the festivities kicked off at the weekend.
27-year-old Ambani is the daughter of business tycoon Mukesh Ambani, who is ranked by Forbes as India's richest man and is estimated to have a personal fortune of $47 billion.
