Coming up in Tuesday night's episode of Fair City, Orla and Wayne are struggling to remain strong for Junior who has been diagnosed with Fanconi Anaemia.
As they have been unable to find a bone marrow match for Junior, Orla decides on a plan of action.
"He needs a brother or a sister. Please Wayne", she says.
"I'm not able to", Wayne replies, before the penny drops.
"You're talking about having another child with Tommy?" he asks her.
"For Junior", she responds.
