The line-up for Friday night's Late Late Show has been revealed, with Boyzone and rugby star Peter O'Mahony among the guests joining host Ryan Tubridy in studio.

Boyzone are back on the Late Late this week ahead of their farewell tour, with Ronan Keating, Mikey Graham, Shane Lynch and Keith Duffy set to tell Tubridy why it's time to bid the boyband goodbye in the year of their 25th anniversary.

Following on from Ireland's momentous defeat of the All Blacks last Saturday in Dublin's Aviva Stadium, Ireland and Munster rugby star Peter O'Mahony will be on talking about their 16-9 win and why the team is poised for success in next year's Rugby World Cup.

Professor Brian Cox will be in studio to talk about his passion for unpicking the infinite universe around us and why he's bringing science on the road with his new tour.

Master of impressions Mario Rosenstock will be bringing some humour to proceedings, while The Stunning and the Irish Chamber Orchestra will provide the musical entertainment with a rendition of the band's biggest hit Brewing Up a Storm to mark the release of the Féile Classical album.

Also on this week's show, Fr Tony Coote will be speaking about his Motor Neurone Disease diagnosis alongside Professor Orla Hardiman, the consultant neurologist at Beaumont Hospital, and viewers will also meet some of the entrants for Carer of the Year.
