Strictly Come Dancing contestant Kate Silverton has announced that she will take to the dancefloor this weekend despite injury the muscle on her ribs.
The BBC newsreader shared the update on her Twitter account, posting a video of her laughing as she inhales pain medication while lying on the floor.

"The last time I did this was in childbirth which was really good, actually I've forgotten how good it was," Silverton said in the video.
"I've somehow stripped the muscle in my rib on my best dance, on my best dance."
She then pointed the camera at the medic treating her injury, who joked she was "sucking the life out of" the pain relief.
Silverton then said: "I will be dancing tomorrow, if it's the last thing I do."
In a second video, Silverton can be seen having fake tan applied while she is treated for her rib injury.
