Liam Neeson and his son, fellow actor Micheál Richardson, are to star in a comedy called Made in Italy, which will mark the directorial debut of Dunkirk actor James D'Arcy.
US entertainment industry website Deadline reports that Neeson will play an artist who travels to Italy with his estranged son (Richardson) to wrap up the sale of the house they inherited from the artist's late wife.
The film is due to go into production in Italy in April 2019, with actor-turned-director D'Arcy also writing the script.
Richardson, who is Neeson and his late wife Natasha Richardson's eldest son, also appears in his father's new thriller Cold Pursuit, which is due for release on February 22, 2019.
Neeson will next be seen on cinema screens in the crime-thriller Widows. It opens on November 6.
