A Clueless remake is said to be in the works, with Girls Trip writer Tracy Oliver set to produce the project.
Oliver will reportedly produce the movie, while Glow writer Marquita Robinson looks set to pen the script.
According to Deadline, it's not yet known whether iconic characters from the original outing - which starred the likes of Alicia Silverstone and Paul Rudd - will star in the new movie.
The classic 90s comedy movie, which was directed and written by Amy Heckerling, was loosely based on Jane Austen’s 1815 novel, Emma.
It was set in Beverly Hills and focused on the rich and spoiled teen Cher who navigated the pitfalls of dating and popularity.
