As the tenth anniversary of the Irish Government's banking guarantee (29th September) approaches, a special RTÉ Prime Time programme tells the story of the human cost of the economic crash that followed.
What has the past decade been like for ordinary people who lived through a time when the State was bankrupt and the banks were bust?

In this new series Karl Pilkington plays Karl, a crotchety cabbie who’s living with his Auntie Norma while trying to get over the loss of his long-term girlfriend.
As he muddles through life, his closest mate is the voice in his head, an uncensored version of himself who just won’t shut up. He imparts his wisdom, deals out criticism and shares his rather unorthodox philosophy on life – counsel that often lands Karl in trouble.
In episode one, Karl and Norma are holding a wake at the house for Karl's uncle, when a new sofa arrives.
Wonderdate, 9.45pm, BBC Two
A filmed offshoot of Tim Key's stage show Megadate, this is a tale of a boy dazzling a girl with the perfect first date and then having his dreams hosed down by reality as he retraces his steps.
His quest is to find a missing hat, but the bigger problem is her radio silence. In spite of myriad texts from him, nothing is coming the other way. His path is riddled with cynics and naysayers, questioning his optimistic outlook on how the date went.
The Mighty Redcar, 9.00pm, BBC Two
In the final episode of the series, we meet the Tates, a well-known local family from Redcar, seaside resort and town in North Yorkshire.
The youngest of the family, Billy, is about to make a tough decision: does he start a career at 16 or go to college? Against his dad Andy’s wishes, Billy decides that the world of work, with the chance to earn money, is a far better option.
American Horror Story: Apocalypse, 10.00pm, FOX
Back for an eighth season, this anthology series has had little exposure this side of the Atlantic, but it's been one of the best TV shows of the last decade.
This time around a great cast that includes Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Evan Peters, Emma Roberts, Cheyenne Jackson, Billie Lourd star in a tale set in the near future, as nuclear missiles destroy the world and start a nuclear winter.
Thanks to her family's private plane, Coco St Pierre Vanderbilt and others manages to escape the destruction of Los. Meanwhile, an organization known as The Cooperative select young adults to save from the apocalypse, based on their genetic makeup.
They're sent to Outpost 3, where the real fun begins . . .
