Monica Lewinsky is reported to be in "advanced discussions" to appear on the next season of I'm A Celebrity . . . Get Me Out Of Here!

The former White House intern, whose affair with Bill Clinton nearly ended his presidency, is said be considering a large pay packet offered by ITV bosses to star on the reality show set in the Australian outback.

The anti-bullying campaigner, now 45, has spent years refusing lucrative offers to star in TV shows since she was implicated in the Clinton scandal back in 1998.

Lewinsky was just 22 when she embarked on a sexual relationship with the then 49-year-old married President between 1995 and 1997, which came to light in 1998.

An I'm A Celebrity . . . insider told the Sunday Express: "Monica now has a platform on which to speak about bullying, particularly in a digital age - that's why she agreed to explore being on the show.

"Plus, of course, the money being offered is very, very attractive."
