David Hasselhoff and his fiancée Hayley Roberts have tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Italy.
The couple, who have been engaged since 2016, wed in a ceremony attended by close friends and family on Tuesday (July 31) in Puglia, southern Italy.
A spokesperson for the former Baywatch star confirmed the happy news to US showbiz publication People.
The couple first met back in 2011 when Roberts, a model from Wales, approached Hasselhoff to ask him for an autograph at an event that took place while he was a judge on Britain's Got Talent.
The 66-year-old ex-Knight Rider star requested her phone number and five years later he popped the question during a beach picnic in Malibu.
"We were both in tears," 38-year-old Roberts told Hello! Magazine in 2016 of his romantic proposal. "I genuinely had no idea he was going to do that, I’m still overwhelmed."

The Hoff previously told Hello! Magazine about becoming engaged to Roberts: "I had a saying: 'You don't get married because you want to live with someone, you get married because you can't live without them'.
"I felt that way. I knew that I was really unhappy without her. I waited to propose because I thought I was too old for her."
This is Hasselhoff's third marriage. He was previously married to actress Catherine Hickland for five years from 1984 to 1989.
He wed actress Pamela Bach in December 1989 and they have two daughters, Taylor Ann and Hayley.
Their divorce, after 16 years of marriage, was finalized in August 2006.
