Jamie Heaslip has shared an adorable post on Instagram celebrating the birth of his first child, Harper Heaslip, with wife Sheena.
The 34-year-old retired rugby star accompanied a black and white photo of his little girl's hand with the caption: "Our beautiful daughter Harper Heaslip born today.
"So much thanks to the all the help from the mid wife Jenny, nurses, our doctor, Dr Allen, and everyone in Holles street.
"And to my wife, simply speechless."
Heaslip and wife Sheena, have been together since 2010 and tied the knot two years ago. They announced in February that they were expecting their first child.
Last week Heaslip was shocked to discover that a watch he had stolen from him turned up online.
Heaslip spotted his Breitling watch, which was given to him as a memento of his 2013 Lions rugby tour, on Instagram after he was tagged in a post.
"Can I ask how you got this? It was stolen off me in November 2013," he asked.
The poster, a German-based watch collector, did not know the watch had been stolen and explained that he bought it in good faith from a seller on eBay two years ago,
