In this exclusive sneak peek of the next episode from Carrigstown, Wayne issues Decco a formal warning but it backfires horribly when Decco quits.
In Wednesday night's Fair City, Decco angrily confronts Wayne in The Hungry Pig.
"I know this business, I built it", he says. "I wasn't put here because my ma felt sorry for me."
Wayne's face drops. "That's a formal warning. You mention my family one more time and you're fired", he shoots back.
Decco tries to reason with him by saying "I have a kid on the way."
"I feel sorry for her but that is not my responsibility", Wayne responds.
"Do you know what you can do you can stick your job and you can stick your formal warning", Decco spits out.
"I built one business and I can build another."
"You can collect what you're owed on Friday", Wayne says, looking upset by their altercation.
