US actor Vince Vaughn was arrested on Sunday on suspicion of driving under the influence, police said.
The 48-year-old True Detective star was arrested at a routine DUI checkpoint in Manhattan Beach, California, just after 1am on Sunday.
Vaughn was taken into custody at the Manhattan Beach Police Department and booked at around 4am. He was charged with a misdemeanour.
The Hollywood star was held on $5,000 bail and later released.
The actor's representative declined to comment on the incident to ABC News "at this time".
