In Tuesday's episode, Tori tells Justin that they need to call the police, but he refuses, saying: "No, we pay the ransom."
When he goes to pay the money to the kidnappers, the woman he meets angrily tells him: "You seem to think you're in charge here, you're not."
Justin begins losing it, screaming at her: "Why are you doing this to me?"
Willow later tells Justin: "They're not going to stop until they get what the want". He angrily retorts: "Which is to get back at you, isn't it?"
Meanwhile, Robbo reveals that he has some unfinished business in Summer Bay and goes to talk to Ash.
