As Jim grows anxious over Claire’s threats against Shane, Claire gives him even more cause for concern on Thursday night when she tries to convince him to give in to Dr. Oakley’s demands.

"This is your department, use your imagination," Claire says darkly as Jim argues that he couldn’t possibly harm her medically.
