Kim Kardashian West has shared the first photo of her new baby girl Chicago West online.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and her husband Kanye West welcomed their third child together via a surrogate in January and now the reality TV star has taken to Instagram to give fans a peek at the latest addition to their family.
She posted a photo of herself cradling Chicago in her arm with a cute teddy-bear filter. She captioned the image: "Baby Chicago".
Chicago joins the couple's four-year-old daughter North and two-year-old son Saint.
They chose to use a surrogate to carry Chicago as Kardashian West suffered from the high risk pregnancy conditions pre-eclampsia and placenta accreta during her previous pregnancies.
She said in a post on her app that "doctors said that it wasn't safe for my, or the baby's, health to carry my own".
The 37-year-old reality TV star said that she and her husband decided to use a gestational carrier meaning the baby is "biologically mine and Kanye's".
Fans briefly caught a first glimpse of baby Chicago at the beginning of February when she made an appearance in the 11-minute video Kylie Jenner shared when announcing the birth of her own daughter, Stormi Webster.
