Dean is adamant that Paul's troublemaker son Oisin has no involvement in their business in the future and isn't shy about telling him.
"Oisin's non-negotiable", counters Paul, to which Dean replies: "I can't take a risk on this business and have him screw me over."

Paul implores: "Yeah but he mightn't do that, come on, Oisin just needs a chance to step up like you did when you came back."
"He's had nothing but opportunities", responds Dean, saying it's given Oisin "a big head".
Oisin arrives and Paul orders him to clean some tables.
"Isn't that what we pay the minions for? I'll be out the back, I have calls to make", a petulant Oisin responds.
Dean looks vindicated, saying: "It's never going to work, sorry", before walking away.
