A group of well-known Irish faces have given some hilarious dating advice for First Dates Ireland Extras, exclusively on the RTÉ Player.
Social media star James Kavanagh had a very useful tip for first dates that don't go quite as planned.
"Have a friend ready to get you out of the date if it's going bad", he said.
Crystal Swing singer Dervla Burke also provided some straightforward advice for guys hoping to make a good first impression.
She said: "Go for a shower, put on a bit of hair gel, put on a nice shirt and a nice smile of his face because nine times out of ten a girl will go to extreme lengths for a first date".
Can't Stop Dancing presenter Bláthnaid Treacy had her own take on approaching first dates, saying: "Be nice and casual about it and don't wear too much makeup."
Stephen Byrne added: "Just do you."
In another Extras clip about how to give off the right signals, Stephen and Bláithnaid tried out their best flirty look on-camera.
Amanda Brunker also shared what irritated her about first date behaviour, saying women play with their hair too much. "Stop being so obvious!", she joked.
Watch the third series of First Dates Ireland on RTÉ2 on Tuesdays at 9.30pm and live and on-demand on RTÉ Player along with First Dates Ireland Extras.
