Singer andThe Voice UK judge Tom Jones recently sold his lavish LA home after he found it difficult to live there following the death of his wife of 59 years Linda in April 2016.
77-year-old Jones told the Sunday Mirror that he no longer felt comfortable in the house. "[Linda] wanted to come back to Britain, she was always homesick," he said. "Then she got sick and we couldn't do it. She told me to go back the last week she was alive.
"She told me to get a flat in London. She would have loved to have come back but we left it too late."
The Jones' house has now been sold, with furnishings included, nine months after it was placed on the market
Linda and Tom's son, 59-year old Mark, has managed his father's business affairs for years. The couple met as children in the singer's home town of Pontypridd in Wales and married when they were both 16.
