Christy Moore has knocked U2 off the top of the Irish charts just one week after the release of the band's new album Songs of Experience.
Moore's latest release On The Road has outsold U2's new opus, which has been demoted to No 4 in the album chart by Irish music fans.
Also on the new Irish album chart, the rise and rise of Red Ed continues ahead of his appearance on tonight's Late Late Show with his album Divide now at No 2 a full 41 weeks after its original release.
