Emmerdale has revealed that one of the soap’s most popular couple Robron, aka Robert Sugden and Aaron Dingle, will be taking centre stage in this year’s Christmas episode.
Fans of the pair where left devastated when their relationship hit the rocks in the summer but it appears that Robert (Ryan Hawley) and Aaron (Danny Miller) have been reunited - for Christmas day at least.
In the picture Robert wakes up in what looks like a hospital from years ago, while Aaron sits at the foot of his bed holding a church program.
Robert is set to wake up a number of times on Christmas Day and face a number of different realities as he begins to see the error of his ways, after attempting to destroy the White family over the past few months.

Speaking about the Christmas episode series producer Iain MacLeod said: "Think Groundhog Day and A Christmas Carol with a little nod to the film Don't Look Now thrown in and that's been our approach."
He also promised a little comedy, saying: "Christmas wouldn't be the same without a healthy dose of the Dingles and a comedy cameo which we hope will please our viewers.
"Watch out for the ghost of Christmas Future, as you might recognise them."
He said there were risks in filming "such a standalone episode", which would be "heartfelt and hilarious", but added we "hope the audience will appreciate we've tried to do something a bit different".
