Model, TV presenter and fashion blogger Pippa O'Connor has landed her first movie role alongside David Tennant and Geri Horner in the animated adventure Ferdinand.
The star, who is mum to two boys and married to Brian Ormond, will voice the role of Concerned Lady in the 20th Century Fox movie, which tells the tale of Ferdinand, a bull who is mistaken for a dangerous beast and captured. Determined to return to his family, he rallies a misfit team to help him on his way.
Speaking about her first Hollywood role O’Connor said: "I am so delighted to have a small part in Ferdinand - it’s my first time having a part in an animated movie so I jumped at the opportunity.
"I’m mostly excited about bringing my 4 year old Ollie to see it - he think it’s very cool that his Mama is in a movie!!"
The Spanish Fighting Bull movie is based on Munro Leaf and Robert Lawson’s children’s book The Story of Ferdinand and hits Irish screens on December 16.
