Paul Hollywood: A Baker’s Life, 8.00pm, Channel 4

In this new series, Paul Hollywood opens up his personal cookbook to share his favourite recipes from a lifetime of baking.

The show also delves into his life and career, with guest slots from Bake Off stars Noel Fielding, Sandi Toksvig and Prue Leith; ex-GBBO bakers Val and Selasi; and appearances by friends and family.

In each episode, he shares four simple baking recipes. In the first episode, Val and Selasi challenge Paul to bake a delicious pistachio and rose petal roulade.

He also shares his ultimate pizza recipe, visits Silverstone and makes a childhood burger recipe for a BBQ in the paddock.
