Rai-Elle Williams and Holly Tandy left The X Factor tonight in what has been a quadruple elimination weekend. The girls will not be going through to the semi-finals.
"They've both done so great, " said Sharon, bidding adieu to the two performers."It's only six weeks, usually it's ten, so they're ahead of the game already."
Rai-Elle sang the 1970 Jean Knight classic, Mrs Big Stuff while Holly delivered her take on Ariana Grande's Love Me Harder.
Dermot O'Leary shared Sharon's enthusiasm for the girls, signalling a promising future. "You've brilliant careers ahead of you - you should be running the country, right?"
It was Crazy in Love Week, part two, on tonight's show, as the Girls and Overs battled it out. Grace Davies topped the viewers vote and was obliged to face off against Saturday night's champion Rak-Su.
Rak-Su delivered the original song Mona Lisa while Grace sang her own song Hesitate.
First through to next week's semi-final was Kevin Davy White, followed by Matt Linnen.

Last night saw County Wicklow's finest Sean and Conor Price leave the show, along with another contestant, Sam Black. Rak-Su won the night with another original song and went forward to the Prize Fight this evening which they also won.
The band are currently in the top 3 in i Tunes. "We try our hardest to be good songwriters, " said one of the band members. "It's an incredible feeling, we are just so thankful to everyone who supported us. We are just going to continue writing and having fun."
All the participating acts will go head to head for the first time in next weekend's semi-final.
