Kathryn Thomas has said she is "over the moon" as she confirmed that she is expecting her first child with her fiancé Padraig McLoughlin.
The 38-year-old Carlow presenter confirmed the news with a cute Instagram snap on Friday evening, which showed the couple's two dogs alongside a pair of tiny booties.
The Operation Transformation star accompanied the picture with a sweet note, writing:"A little announcement. Excited to let you know myself & Padraig are adding to our little family.
"We're over the moon and I feel extremely blessed that I'm pregnant.
"Our next baby might not be as hairy or have a tail like these two but will be equally as cute."

Thomas and her restauranteur hubby-to-be got engaged in November last year while they were on a romantic break at Ballyfin House in Co Laois.
The couple met during the summer of 2013 while both were ordering a drink in O'Donoghue's Pub on Baggot Street.
