Writer Stefanie Preissner, who wrote drama series Can't Cope Won't Cope,, has revealed how she shed an incredible 11 stone in just a year and a half.
Speaking on Friday's The Late Late Show, she shared before and after photos as she talked about how she went about making her dramatic weight loss.
Preissner said that despite the radical change in her appearance she was still the same person. "She was the same as me, same thoughts, same ideas, she just looked different. But I grew up like that so that it is what I knew. And I had never tried to lose weight... I was just always overweight and I just thought that was who I was."

She added that the secret to her weight loss was quite simple. "I made one simple rule: I don't eat sugar. I don't eat sugar of any description. I also started kickboxing twice a week because as a writer it's easy to be sedentary."
