Tom Jones has apologised to fans after being forced to postpone his 21-date US tour until next year on medical grounds.
The 77-year-old veteran singer, who was set to kick of the tour on September 6, released an official statement via his Twitter account.
The statement, which was also posted on the It's Not Unusual singer's website, read that "following medical advice, Jones has announced that he will unfortunately be postponing his US tour, which was due to commence in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday 6th September.
"Dates are being re-scheduled for May and June 2018 and all tickets will remain valid for the new dates, details of which, will follow as soon as possible.
"Tom sends his sincere apologies to his fans and looks forward to seeing them all again in 2018."

While Jones' representative never mentioned anything specific about his illness, The Sun reports the star had been suffering from exhaustion after a UK and European tour of 26 gigs in 12 countries.
The singer has also been dealing with the grief of losing his wife of 59 years, Linda, last year.
