Hollywood couple Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have settled their case against Mail Online over the publication of photos of their daughter.
The actors began legal proceedings against Associated Newspapers in 2015 over two Mail Online articles which featured paparazzi pictures of their child, Wyatt, who was aged one at the time.
The images were taken by a photographer using a long lens during a family outing to the beach, and neither Kutcher nor Kunis knew the shots were being taken at the time.

The couple said the Mail Online stories featured "wrongful publication of paparazzi photographs of family outings" and added the allegation that the stories were used to "promote clothing products by the Mail."
A legal representative for the couple said they had reached a "satisfactory resolution" to the case adding that the settlement "includes an agreement restricting publication of photographs in the future and also a donation to a charity nominated by Ashton and Mila".
Going forward, the Mail Online has agreed to pixelate photographers of their daughter Wyatt, their son Dimitri and any future children they should have together.
The pair, who first met on the set of That 70s Show, welcomed daughter Wyatt in October 2014. They tied the knot in July 2015 and added to their brood with son Dimitri in November 2016.
Following Dimitri's birth, Kutcher released a statement requesting that the public and media be respectful of his children's privacy.
l continue to kindly ask, Please don't post/publish photos of our kids. They haven't chosen life in the public eye.
