Vogue Williams shows care while choosing which projects to be involved with as she has a certain path she envisages her career going down.
The television presenter and DJ opened up about the importance of picking and choosing the right projects saying she "can't say yes to everything" as she has always has to keep in mind what she is trying to achieve overall.
"I think definitely for me, I have a certain way I envisage my career going and I can't say yes to everything because it wouldn't be good for what I'm trying to achieve," Williams told RTÉ Entertainment.
"With my documentaries with RTÉ they give me a lot of help when I come up with ideas, then I go and talk to the heads of RTÉ and they help me along with that, so it's great because they get where I want to be and they're really good in helping me with that.
"And then with other TV projects, I've got a great management in London and we pick and choose together what we think would be good for me."

Williams is currently filming the travel series Getaways, which included an episode on Ibiza co-presented by Ireland rugby player Tommy Bowe, and she was impressed by his presenting skills.
"I think Getaways is always a laugh, I absolutely love the crew and you spend so long with them, you're away together for a week and you're working really long like 15/16 hour days so it's important to get on with each other but we actually are a good group of friends.
"Tommy's been great, it's his first presenting gig and you'd never know, he's getting better and better and he's great craic, he's really good to work with," she said.
Getaways airs on RTÉ One on Thursdays at 7pm.
