EastEnders bad boy Keegan Baker will show a new side to his character after his family arrive in Albert Square.
Keegan, played by Zack Morris, has rubbed up the Walford residents the wrong way after bullying Louise Mitchell (Tilly Keeper) and spreading nasty rumours about her.
However, actor Morris says that viewers will see a more vulnerable side to Keegan after his family move into the square on Thursday night's episode.
"There's a lot that I've been filming and coming up that will show more to him," he told the Press Association.
"The audience will get why he's the way he is, and will get to see what's going on behind closed doors.
"You may feel sorry for him or at least understand why he is the way he is."

The troublemaker teen's family include his mouthy single mum Karen Taylor (Lorraine Stanley) and siblings Keanu (Danny Walters), Bernadette (Clair Norris), Riley (Tom Jacobs) and Chatham (Alfie Jacobs).
Morris added that having his home life fleshed out made him feel more secure as a permanent fixture on the soap.
He said: "It was so weird at first, having your own set and your own flat, because I haven't really filmed inside much, my scenes have mainly been outside or in the school.
"So to have my own home, it's reassuring and a comfort in a way, like 'I'm here for a while'."

Twitter erupted after the Taylors arrived in Albert Square and the reaction has been decidedly mixed. Some viewers welcomed the new arrivals.

However, other EastEnders fans were less than impressed with the latest additions to Walford, and accused the soap of creating stereotypical characters.
This new family are clearly just going to be the new Miller family. All been done before. Boring 😩 #EastEnders

The new family in #Eastenders has been written as a joke yeah? Like "how many stereo types can we fit into 4 scenes?"

It was first revealed in May that a new family would be joining the show to shake things up and ruffle feathers in Walford.
Photos from the family's loud arrival at Albert Square were unveiled in June.
EastEnders continues on Thursday at 7.30pm on RTÉ One.
