Edge of Tomorrow director Doug Liman has confirmed that Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt will be back for the film's sequel.
The filmmaker said the follow-up to the 2014 action film will be titled Live Die Repeat and Repeat, but he doesn't have a release date yet.
"Tom is excited about it, and Emily Blunt is excited about it," Liman told Collider.
"The big question is just when we'll do it. But it's not an 'if'; it's a 'when'."

The film saw Blunt play a Special Forces officer fighting against aliens that were trying to take over the earth and wipe out the human race.
At the time of release Blunt told RTÉ Entertainment that it was "amazing" to take on such an action-heavy role.
"It was amazing because it's so unusual for the female to be the badass in the action movie, I think she's usually the girlfriend role, which I didn't have much interest in doing," Blunt said.
