It's going to be a happy Christmas for Michael Buble and his wife Luisana Lopilato as their son Noah will be home for the festivities after undergoing chemotherapy for liver cancer.

Reports from Argentina claim that doctors confirmed that the three-year-old was well enough to enjoy the Christmas holidays with his parents and 11-month-old brother Elias.

The family usually spend Christmas in the singer's Canadian home town of Vancouver but this year they will stay in Los Angeles to be close to Noah's hospital.

Members of their extended family will fly into California to join the Bubles for the festivities.

Argentinian publication Bekia stated: "The youngster has successfully finished the first stage of his treatment.

"This is without doubt the best present for his parents and the relatives who have been helping them out since they learnt about his cancer diagnosis.

"To celebrate this good piece of news, the artists' families will travel to the United States to spend Christmas with Noah and make it one of the most special Christmases they have had together."
