Viewers of the Children in Need live appeal last night were left heartbroken after Michael Bublé performed, just weeks after his own son's cancer diagnosis.
Bublé and his wife confirmed earlier this month that their son Noah is battling cancer.
The couple released a statement saying they would be “putting their careers on hold” while three year-old Noah received treatment in the United States, with the singer reportedly vowing to not sing again until his son had beaten the disease.
However, the 'Haven’t met you yet' singer made one last appearance on televised charity fundraiser Children in Need yesterday.

He performed a pre-recorded rendition of the Beach Boys' hit “God Only Knows”.
The 41 year-old recorded the segment for the children's charity back in October, before his son was diagnosed with cancer.
Viewers were left heartbroken after his haunting performance, with many sending him messages of support on Twitter.
Hats off to Michael Buble, what a strong man! You can see the pain written all over his face, heart breaking to see 😔 #ChildrenInNeed

Introducing Buble's performance, event hosts Rochelle and Marvin Humes, formerly of the Saturdays and JLS, referenced the devastating situation faced by Bublé’s family.
“We thank you so much and of course our thoughts are with you at this difficult time for you and your family,” Rochelle said.
This year's televised fundraiser has raised more than £46.6 million so far for Children in Need.
