Lulu has been confirmed as the second guest judge for Gary Barlow's new BBC One talent show Let It Shine.

The pop legend is also teaming up with regular judges Martin Kemp and Dannii Minogue on the series, which seeks to find five young men to star in a brand new musical featuring the hits of Take That.

Of course, Lulu has history with Gary Barlow's band, having famously guest-sung on their 1993 hit cover of Dan Hartman's Relight My Fire.

"I have always loved working and sharing in the success story that is Take That," Lulu said, according to Digital Spy. "So the chance to bring my experience and knowledge of West End musicals to help cast for a new show, feels a privilege and I am thrilled to do it."

Lulu will be a guest judge in the second stage of the show, where the boys will perform in groups for the first time. She'll have the responsibility, along with Barlow, Kemp and Minogue, of choosing five acts to compete in the live shows.

Glee star Amber Riley, who's about to debut on London's West End in Dreamgirls, has already filmed her turn as guest judge for the first stage of Let It Shine. The special guest for the live shows has yet to be announced.
