First up in the provincial challenge is Leinster and new mentor Roz Purcell. Her approach to cooking is simple: use whole foods to live a whole life. Here, she's in Kilkenny, narrowing her top five choices down to the two contestants she will bring forward.
Judging by this trailer, Roz is taking her gig very seriously as she appears to be wearing a kitchen table cloth.

Gomorrah, Sky Box Sets
Scandi-drama has been quite popular in recent years, but fans of subtitled crime should swot up on that tricky Neapolitan dialect and get a load of this.
This series is based on Roberto Saviano’s best-selling book Gomorrah, about the Camorra, the Neapolitan crime syndicate – which turned Saviano into an instant celebrity and also made him a marked man who never spends more than one night in the same place.
Gomorrah follows the lives of those caught up in the Naples criminal underworld and the violent struggle to get to the top. The only guarantee in this grimy, nasty world seems to be a rather painful death. Cracking drama, though.
Today's Guilty Pleasure
Living with Lucy, 9.30pm, TV3
This series can be a bit hit-and-miss, but when it gets it right, it's a joy to watch and Lucy Kennedy is always good value for some fun and a bit of mischief. But sometimes the hosts leave a bit more to be desired.
This week's show looks very promising, as she takes on double trouble in the shape of John and Edward Grimes, the energetic twins from Dublin who are known globally to everyone except their Ma as Jedward.
