Cheryl and Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini will reportedly have their divorce finalised on Thursday afternoon in London's High Court.
The couple married in secret after a whirlwind romance but parted ways in December 2015 after 18 months of marriage.
The pair are understood to have finalised the terms of their divorce two months ago and according to The Sun, Fernandez-Versini will not be "receiving a penny" from the pop star.
"The decree nisi will be read out on Thursday," a source told the publication. "This has been the result of months of negotiations, but Cheryl and JB reached an agreement two months ago."
"There has been no official settlement. Lots of wild figures have been thrown about, but that is the truth, as the documents will show. JB is not going to be paid any money by Cheryl."
The source added that the 32-year-old former Girls Aloud star, who was previously married to footballer Ashley Cole, will not be changing her name straight away. Instead she will continue to be known professionally as just 'Cheryl'.
"She will not officially change her name straight away because that takes time, and there are other things she needs to think about first. But she has not been using the name Fernandez-Versini since the divorce began in January. She has just gone by Cheryl for all work purposes," they said.
The singer s currently dating former One Directioner Liam Payne and according to Louis Walsh the pair are very much in love.
In an interview with Event Magazine the Mayo man said he thinks the relationship between the pair will last.
"He’s a nice guy and he’s in love with her. He’ll make her happy. I think she was in a bad place over the last two years. And she brought her misery to the X Factor", said Louis.
