Tameka Empson and her dancer partner Gorka Marquez have been eliminated after losing in the Dance Off against Laura Whitmore and Giovanni Pernice.
Following her shock exit on Sunday night's Strictly Come Dancing, the EastEnders star revealed she danced this week with an injury, but isn't blaming that for her exit from the BBC One show.
"I did have injuries, but I didn't really want to focus on that. It was always going to be tough in the whole competition, but I'm really gutted that I'm leaving," she explained.
As for the judges' criticism, she said: "I tried to take them on board. I thought I took them on board of straightening the back. I've got a back injury now and I really went with the pain. They felt Laura danced better and I appreciate that."
Tameka' Empson's Strictly exit won't stop her dancing though, especially as she can now dance with "better technique" thanks to Gorka Marquez's teaching.
Strictly Come Dancing continues next Saturday (October 15) at 6.30pm on BBC One.
