Kate Moss is said to have reached an out-of-court separation agreement with her former husband Jamie Hince.
According to reports, the British supermodel and The Kills guitarist reached a formal separation agreement "some time ago" without a "high profile legal battle."
A source told The Mirror that "They reached an agreement some time ago, and neither of them wanted to make a spectacle of this.
"Instead, they agreed things between themselves and have quietly made the split formal without going through any sort of high profile legal battle."

The 42-year-old model, who has a thirteen year old daughter Lila Grace with ex-partner Jefferson Hack, married Hince in 2011 and the pair separated last year after four years of marriage.
A source revealed hat Moss will keep the majority of their wealth, while Hince is said to have acquired some possessions that they acquired through their marriage, such as paintings and other artworks.
It's been reported that Moss is now engaged to her new boyfriend Nikolai von Bismarck after she was spotted wearing a sapphire and diamond ring with sources suggested the pair are planning on getting married later this year.
