Anyone still hoping to nab a ticket to this year's 2FM Xmas Ball in aid of the ISPCC will be left disappointed after the event sold out in hours this morning.
The huge demand undoubtedly had something to do with the all-star line up for the gig which will be headlined by Kodaline. The foursome will be joined on the bill at Dublin's 3Arena on Saturday December 3 by Picture This, The Academic, All Tvvins, Brian Deady and Áine Cahill.

Following their show-stealing set at Electric Picnic earlier this month, 2FM's Jenny Greene and the RTÉ Concert Orchestra will reunite for another performance of club classics.
The collaboration between the popular 2FM DJ and 48 piece orchestra featured live performances of 90s bangers and brought the house down at the Picnic on the Friday night.

Hosts on the night will include Greene and fellow 2FM presenters Nicky Byrne, Eoghan McDermott, Bernard O'Shea, Jennifer Zamparelli, Keith Walsh and Tracy Clifford.
All proceeds go to the ISPCC with all parties involved providing their services free of charge.
