Benedict Cumberbatch joined David Gilmour on stage in London on Wednesday night for a performance of Pink Floyd classic Comfortably Numb.
The Sherlock star surprised the audience in the Royal Albert Hall by appearing on stage with Gilmour, and impressed with his singing ability.
It wasn't long before Twitter went into (Interstellar) overdrive with fans sharing pictures and videos of the performance.
Some fans hailed it as their highlight of 2016, with others saying the actor "knocked it out of the park" and that the whole experience was "surreal".
