Ahead of his appearance on this Friday night's Late Late Show, Conor McGregor's coach John Kavanagh gave host Ryan Tubridy a taste of what it takes to be an MMA fighter.
Tubridy headed to Kavanagh's gym in Walkinstown to get a few pointers from the MMA expert and don a pair of boxing gloves for a sparring match.
It was Tubridy's first ever time in an Octagon boxing ring, and he seemed to be enjoying himself until the sparring match kicked off. It was a bit of an unfair pairing in fairness to him.
Kavanagh will be chatting to Tubridy on the Late Late about the blood, sweat and tears it takes to make it to the top of the UFC.
He'll reveal how they did it, what it's like to be at the centre of one of the biggest sporting phenomenons in the world, and whether or not Croke Park is on the cards.

After last week's catch up with the dapper O'Donovan brothers and Analise Murphy, this week it's the turn of another Olympic hero.
Waterford's Thomas Barr, will be reflecting back on his superb time in Rio where he narrowly missed out on a Bronze medal in the 400 metres hurdle and of course his new-found status as a national heart-throb.
Speaking of ladies' men, the one and only Marty Morrissey will also be dropping in for a chat and might even get to have a chinwag with his alter-ego in the form of comedian and impersonatorMario Rosenstock.
Irish model Alison Canavan, who recently released a book detailing her struggles with depression and anxiety will also to joining Ryan as will the stars of the new Irish comedy film, The Young Offenders.
The Late Late Show on RTÉ One on Friday at 9.35pm.
