Courteney Cox has a look of genuine panic in her eyes as Bear Grylls lists out their potential dinners they could forage as they traverse the Irish countryside.
The Friends star travelled to Ireland earlier this year to film an episode of Grylls' show Running Wild, where the adventurer shows celebrities the skills of survival out in the wild.
Judging by this clip, Cox would rather chow down on some grass than eat any of the foods Grylls has in mind.
He tells the actress: "I could give you the Irish menu. Birds if you can catch them. Worms, lots of. Bugs, grubs, insects, flies, crickets, caterpillars, squirrels, rodents. That's for starters."
Cox grimaces and looks shocked as he lists out their unappetising dinner choices, saying: "I would rather eat grass than any of the things you've just named. except for this piney thing. That might hurt going down."

The new series of Running Wild with Bear Grylls begins on Discovery Channel in Ireland and the UK at 9pm on Wednesday August 31.
It sounds like Grylls was impressed with the actress's attitude, as he tweeted that she was "a superstar on this journey" adding that "you can see the fear in her eyes!"
