The 1980s are coming to Stradbally, Co Laois - girl group Bananarama have been added to the Electric Picnic line-up. However, they won't be joined by founding member and Dubliner Siobhan Fahey.
Keren Woodward and Sara Dallin of the pop band will take to the Electric Ireland stage at the festival on the Saturday night as part of the Throwback Party.
Expect the duo to belt out hits such as Cruel Summer, Venus, Love In The First Degree and Robert DeNiro's Waiting, among others, in what is sure to be a night of nostalgia.
Speaking about their upcoming performance at the weekender, Dallin and Woodward said: "We are so excited to play Electric Picnic for the first time where we’ll take to the stage at Electric Ireland’s Throwback Party. We haven’t played in Ireland for a long time and have really missed playing to an Irish crowd."
