A new teaser for the upcoming second series of period drama Poldark sees Aidan Turner in fighting form as he swashes a buckle and has a bit of a run in with the powers that be.
The 33-year-old Dubliner is back in the new series in September on BBC and producers have whetted the appetite of fans with a new 30-second promo clip.
On Saturday Turner was busy batting off rumours that he will shortly be announced as the new James Bond, following the departure of Daniel Craig from the coveted role.
Turner is currently bookies' favourite to become the next actor to play the suave British agent, with Tom Hiddleston, Idris Elba and James Norton also reportedly in the running.
However, he declined to talk about potentially landing the part, telling The Mirror: "I'd rather not say anything. It seems like it's the Judas kiss - once you comment on it, it disappears. It's hugely coveted. Let's see how it goes."
The long-awaited second season of Poldark returns to BBC One with ten episodes from September 4.
