Kelly Osbourne is being sued by her father's mistress after hitting out at her on Twitter and posting her phone number on social media.
Hairdresser Michelle Pugh, who had a four-year affair with Kelly's dad Ozzy Osbourne, is suing the 31-year-old MTV star for for compensatory and punitive damages, according to court documents, obtained by Access Hollywood.
At the time the tweets about her father and Pugh's relationship were posted, it had been rumoured that Ozzy Osbourne's infidelity was the cause of his split from his then-estranged wife, Sharon.
"Kelly intentionally and maliciously harmed [Pugh] by publishing private facts and defamatory statements, in addition to inciting a rash of mass cyber-bullying against [Pugh]," a recently filed lawsuit reads. "Kelly harnessed her celebrity and notoriety to incite her followers as well as the media machine."
The lawsuit states: ''Not only had Plaintiff begun to be slut-shamed, bullied, and harassed for allegedly breaking up a marriage, but was wrongfully accused of a crime that further held her up to ridicule, hate, and shame.''

Though the tweets were shortly deleted, Pugh wrote in the lawsuit that she has "not only experienced long-lasting emotional and psychological effects of harassment and hate, but has also lost business in an amount to be determined at trial."

''He's working at it. It's hard because it affects the whole family. And, it's quite embarrassing to talk about.
''Somehow drugs and drink is more acceptable I think. When it's somebody that has a sex addiction, it's embarrassing.
''He's come out and admitted it finally. It's very, very hard. It's been going on for at least six years.''
