Gavin James, who will is set to play his biggest solo show to date at Dublin's 3Arena this December, has revealed that he may perform the gig acoustically.

The 24-year-old Dublin-born singer-songwriter has seen his star rise over the past 12 months after supporting chart topper Ed Sheeran at Croke Park, releasing his album Bitter Pill and he is now set to headline his own arena show in December.

Speaking to Tracy Clifford on 2fm on Friday (April 8), the down-to-earth musician spoke about his 3Arena gig, saying it's "definitely the biggest, it's mad, it's going to be absolutely crazy."

He added: "I don't know if I'll do it with a band yet, I'll probably just do it by myself."

Tickets for his 3Arena headline show go on sale at 9am on Friday April 15, priced at €34.50 (standing) and €39.50 (seated) including booking fee from Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.
