I Am Immigrant airs tonight at 9.30pm on RTÉ2 - it's the second of a three-part series that explores identity and Irishness.
The documentary follows a number of Irish immigrants, and documents the daily challenges, as they see them, through their eyes.
For example, Nigerian-born, Tallaght-raised Boni Odoemene tells of his struggle between his Irish upbringing and the expectations of his Nigerian parents.
Another of the people featured is Ricardo Muntean. He is a member of the marginalised Roma community and tonight he tells of his noble aim to become a member of an Garda Síochána.
